Does 0-3 Hole Favor The Flyers?

You don't have to read this article. If you don't want to listen to my outlandish theory you don't have to. But if you are intrigued and would like to find out why I think an 0-3 hole favors the Flyers I implore you to continue reading.

Last year the Flyers were down 0-3 in the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals to the Boston Bruins. Miraculously they battled back and did the impossible and won the series in 7 games. This year the Flyers again find themselves down 0-3 and I think they can pull off the unthinkable once again.

Here me out and picture this scenario. If the Flyers win tonight the series will return to Philadelphia where the Orange Militia will be fired up and ready to go for Game 5. Heading back to Philadelphia the Bruins will be forced to answer the annoying questions about a possible repeat from last year. And if the Flyers win at home in Game 5, the here-we-go-again thoughts will really begin to creep into the minds of the Bruins. The demons from last year will return and the Bruins will be forced to return home to play in a pressure filled Game 6. There they will have to do everything they can to prevent a Game 7 in Philadelphia. The Flyers can pounce on the tepidness of the Bruins in Game 6, return home and win the series in 7.

Now I know it's a stretch and I know it's a lot of if's but it's fun to think about and a definite possibility. The key to accomplishing this starts tonight in Game 4. If the Flyers take this series one game at a time and play the way they are capable of playing then anything can happen and history will be made.
