NFL Lockout Over

Finally we can get back to football. As of today the NFL lockout is officially over and the new NFL year will officially begin on August 4th.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, teams will be able to sign their own free agents tomorrow at 10 AM as well as talk to other unrestricted free agents. Also according to Schefter's report teams can officially sign free agents on Friday at 6 PM.

In terms of reporting to training camp, teams will report on a staggered schedule. All teams will have 14 days before their first pre-season game.

The Eagles will report to training camp on Wednesday and reports are starting to come out that they could be interested in DE Ray Edwards.

We will have more on who the Eagles may sign and trade later. For now, just be glad football is back.
