Nnamdi Asomugha: Asomugha is going to be extremely pricy so I know he is a long shot. Still having Assante Samuel and Asomugha would give the Birds one of the best secondaries in the league and help out the young safeties on this team.
Albert Haynesworth: With his former coach Jim Washburn already on the team, Philadelphia may be an extremely appealing place for Haynesworth. Although he is not a free agent, the Redskins are reportedly interested in trading the defensive lineman or possibly even releasing him.
Jason Babin: Babin made the Pro-Bowl last year recording 12.5 sacks for the Tennessee Titans. Babin would also be rejoining his former coach Washburn and he could have a major impact on the Birds this season. Plus the Eagles could get him at a reasonably cheap price.
Plaxico Burress: I feel that Burress is an extreme long shot as the Eagles still have a ton of pressing needs to address before they even think about adding another wide reciever. But having Burress would make this already dangerous offense lethal and would help them out especially in the red zone. All reports I've heard so far is that the Eagles are not interested in Burress unless they could get him for next to nothing.
Ike Taylor: If the Eagles decide to shy away from the high priced Asomugha, Ike Taylor of the Steelers could be a great option. He is old which is a reason the Eagles may shy away from him.
Reggie Bush: I have hear multiple reports that Reggie Bush appeals to the Eagles. It makes sense as he is fast, versatile, and would be a great fit for this offense.
I know that the Eagles aren't going to get all of these guys, but if they go out and make the right moves, I feel that they can make and win the Super Bowl this year. The offensive is explosive, and the defense just needs a few tweaks here and there and the Birds should be set. Stay updated to the blog for more free agency and lockout news.
